Went to the Singapore Zoo last week with the girlfriend since i had the whole week off during chinese new year. Could vaguely recall my last visit to the zoo was perhaps mmore than 10 years ago. It really proves a point- that time flies by pretty fast. Woke up at 7+ in the morning and reached the zoo at 9am.

Polar bears can grow up to 3.5m tall and weigh a ton ~ Inuka was cute

Walked around the whole zoo and saw almost all the animals. Saki (Sucky) monkeys, manned wolf (looked like a lost fox since kept walking around in circles in its enclosure), rhinos, giraffes, camels, hippos, jaguars, lions, reptiles, kanggies, chimps, otters, seals, penguins, polar bears, crocs, manatees, elephants, flamingoes, pelicans, insects, a high-class duck, lemurs and many more.

Above was this funny duck in the fragile garden. It was strutting on the ground when i entered the area. And then it flew up high and perched itself on the branches of the tree. Looking down as though i was its servant.. I exclaimed to my girlfriend - " Must be a high class duck!~ "

Couldn't stop myself from getting a dig on that lame duck. lolzz.. Took some pictures of him standing still on the tree.

Lemur thinking - "Im so much prettier than that thing.. or human or whatever.. "

Her thinking - "So ugly still hanging around, trying to get some attention.. "

On the whole, minus away the long journey, the perspiration, the stench of the animals dung.. i guess it was pretty all right to relive some of the memories i had of the zoo when i was still very much a young boy. Btw i love the polar bears... ~~
