Okay now .. Let's see what we have here ...
Started working at a new place in Harbourfront. Did not know what to expect actually but luckly my fellow colleagues are very nice ladies( married ones i should add). In fact im the only guy among the group of three.. They are Sylvis, Vanessa and Cathy (who is based in Hong Kong). Sylvia (most senior in my team) even calls me the " Ariba prince" since we use the ARIBA system, so i thought i should be proclaimed the arabian prince instead.. lolzz...
Merrill is such a damn big firm, i guess the prospects and opportunties to progress are boundless.. Hmmm.. shall try to be part of this big family should such a chance arise. This week they even have two company events organised - On tuesday, we are having an official opening of the new office at harbourfront by partying at St.James powerstation. Shall have a good chance to take a look around the place.. and DND (Dinner and Dance) is on saturday. Fat Fat helped me to pick and design the outfit. Loved it absolutely for her efforts and love painstakingly put into it. (For more details on how it looks like, please go visit her blog via the link- hehe.. shameless advertising .. )
And sunday i going to participate in my first ever StanChart Run 2006. Going together with 5 other ex jc mates and think its just to experience the event. There are going to be like 30,000 to 35,000 runners along! So imagine the scale of the run... Its gonna get hot and sweaty and squeezy and nasty... O.d" But maybe along the way, perhaps can oggle at some nice looking ladies along the run.. lolzz.. just kidding ...
Sounds like a pretty packed week for me...
Christmas is also coming up as well... Just remember to get your loved ones something nice .. and not to burm too big a hole in the pocket ... ^^
