Chinese new Year is only a few days away and i have not been updating the blog since nothing major was going on in my life recently.


But for 2008, there are a few major "projects" on habd as of now. Lolz..


My fiancee and myself have got ourselves a flat recently. It was really a major surprise and we were damn lucky to get a high floor on our first try balloting. The house is supposedly only ready by july 2013, but there is a chance that it will be alot faster than the projected date.


Our house will be at Telok Blangah Tower (street 31 i think) and there will be the new circle line NEL nearby. With the new Integrated Resorts, Sentosa and vivo city as well as market, hawker centre amenties within walking distance, its a good investment though a bit expensive. I reckon we are paying a 4room price for a 3room unit. But we will definitely gain if we are upgrading in future.


Also there are plans in the pipeline to get married too la.. haha... Its so happy feeling but there should be a lot of discussions to hold to confirm this.
