What Anpeiyu wishes what he gets!

Being a thinker at heart, i wonder on certain occasions, trivial issues. Those relating to human relationships, the economy outlook of singapore (or the world). Even the latest transfer news and gossip regarding soccer, especially my beloved- Liverpool Football Club.

Just like the stock market, which has her bullish and bearish hikes. During the festive season, Christmas, the market tends to be very active with many stocks on the uprising trend only in this day. Perhaps a santa claus at work?...

Now i would like to believe that love relationships also have a time frame where there are exceptionally high number of breakups or new partnerships. Its just my own feelings and comments on this subject. And i don't have any actual statistics and figures to back up this ludicrous theory of mine.

I figured that christmas and saint valentine's day are the perfect occasions to ask that special person out. To proclaim their love; to clarify their intentions; to announce to the world even.. [ Maybe im getting a little carried away] ... With small gifts and flowers in hand, or whatever lovely surprises in store. Most proclaimations usually do the trick...

But what about breakups?... On the other hand, i think couples who have really grown apart or break up for other reasons. Ironically they could also choose christmas or saint valentine's day as well..

Another "perfect" time would of course be just before their partner's birthday or anniversary. Therefore one can save on the presents, time and efforts taken for such an event.
Some would call such people scrooges but what the hell.

Let's face it- its human nature to think of it that way. If your ex cheated on you, would you still bother to treat them nicely?... Buy them a present on their birthdays?... I know i won't do that. But then again i'm speaking from my own viewpoint. Perhaps some may differ.

Homosapiens are truly incomprehensible creatures at times...
